Ones and Zeros Technology Limited ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the Boltcard NFC Programmer app (the "App"), a tool for programming NFC cards (such as NTAG424DNA) to function as Bolt Cards for Lightning Network payments.
The App is designed with privacy in mind and operates entirely on your device.
No Personal Data Collection The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information about you or your device. All operations, including reading from and writing to NFC cards, occur locally on your device.
3rd Party Services The App does not communicate with any third-party services. You scan a QR or manually enter the required configuration details (such as your Bolt Card server LNURL and authentication keys), and any network communication is used to collect the required key information (used only for programming the physical NFC card) and not stored and perform a test on the bolt card service endpoint.
NFC Card Data The data written to the NFC card (e.g., LNURL, keys, and counters) is provided by you and remains on the physical card. We do not access, store, or process this data beyond the local programming process.
No Analytics or Tracking The App does not include analytics tools, crash reporting, advertising, or any form of tracking.
The App requires the following permissions:
No other permissions (such as location, or storage) are requested or used.
The App does not integrate with or use any third-party services, libraries, or SDKs that collect data.
Since no data is collected or transmitted, there is no risk of data breaches related to server storage. All processing is performed on-device, and you are responsible for the security of your device and the physical NFC cards.
The App does not knowingly collect any information from children. It is intended for users setting up self-custodial Lightning Network payment cards.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
