Homerange came to us with an interesting challenge, to build something that can potentially disrupt the real estate industry.

They wanted a web app that could allow a seller to advertise their land or property for sale, and then a process by which a potential buyer could negotiate with the seller online.

We were tasked with creating a good way of presenting the properties for sale to prospective buyers allowing the seller to add their photos, description, chattels and asking price.

A buyer can then create an offer on a property either unconditional or conditional and they can add conditions to a conditional offer the same way as they would do for a normal property purchase agreement.

The seller can then accept or reject the conditional or unconditional offers that come in for their property.

Once an unconditional agreement is accepted  or a conditional agreement goes unconditional the property is sold. The agreement is then sent to the lawyers to be finalised.
